Day 22: Blue Danube Waltz

Well this morning started off at 9 am (the latest Shane's dad has slept in years). We all got ready and then went up to breakfast in the VIP lounge, where the pigeons are extremely aggressive and will land right on your plate. You have to literally push them off with your hand for them to leave you alone for two seconds. Then, we got some money converted and bought tickets to a hop-on, hop-off cruise around the Danube river. We got on the 12:00 boat, and got off at Margaret Island, where we saw the ruins of a nunnery and many more were there. It used to be covered in churches and convents, but now has beautiful gardens and trails and etc. At about 2, Dalli came to meet us, and spent a couple hours with us before coming on the boat with us to go back home. We got back to the hotel, changed, and went out to dinner at the creepiest place I've ever been to. It was a mideval themed restaurant with creepy wax figures everywhere that was cramped and hot, and the waitresses looked like renessaince strippers. Yum. They also had no forks so we were forced to eat with our hands (the food was like at mideval times where it's huge meaty stuff). Anyway, we took a cab back to the hotel, said our final goodbyes to everyone :( and are now ready for bed! Last night in Budapest :(
